In this pivotal role, you will join AMD’s DXIO FEINT/Implementation team in designing next-generation technology for servers and personal computers. Collaborating with a diverse group of engineers and managers, you will oversee the physical implementation of IPs through comprehensive physical design flow, targeting optimal performance, power, and area (PPA). Your expertise will play a crucial role in streamlining project timelines and achieving manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation aspects for next-gen IP designs

• Manage synthesis, floorplan, placement, and routing activities

• Ensure timing closure for high-speed (>2G) designs

• Develop reference floor plans and implementation scripts

• Support global SoC projects and enhance design protocols

Requirements:

• Experience with synthesis and high-speed design (>2GHz)

• Proficient in PHY design flow and scripting (TCL, Python)

• Expertise with Fusion Compiler preferred

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer or electrical engineering

• Strong communication and collaborative skills
