Position: Capture Hardware Architect Leadership Role
Lead the architecture of a groundbreaking capture platform as the Head of Hardware. Drive strategy from concept to mass production while ensuring high quality and reliability.

As a pivotal hands-on leader, you will spearhead the convergence of electrical, firmware, mechanical, and optical systems for a body-worn device. Oversee a hardware engineering team, collaborating with industrial design, supply chain, and manufacturing partners to transition products from prototype through to volume production. Your leadership in defining quality standards and reliability benchmarks is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define electrical, firmware, mechanical, and optical systems for the platform

• Set quality and reliability standards for the wearable device

• Drive products from prototype to mass production phases

• Build and lead the hardware engineering team

• Implement feedback loops for continuous design improvement

Requirements:

• 8+ years in hardware engineering with volume production experience

• Expertise in embedded systems, electrical, mechanical, or optics

• Experience in guiding architecture convergence for consumer electronics

• Proven record in maintaining hardware quality thresholds

• Familiarity with working alongside contract manufacturers in China
