Position: CAD Technician Water Resources at Stantec

In this intermediate position, you'll be integral to the Water Resources Technical Team within Stantec's Environmental Services. Your primary focus will be on preparing high-quality CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. You'll apply your extensive knowledge of civil drafting to deliver precise design packages and uphold project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CAD drawings for hydrotechnical projects

• Translate engineering sketches into detailed deliverables

• Develop profiles and cross-sections for projects

• Prepare grading and control drawings as needed

• Collaborate on stormwater and drainage solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Relevant diploma in Civil Engineering Technology

• Understanding of water management principles

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• ArcGIS experience is a plus
