Position: Transportation Designer for Municipal Projects
Become a key contributor at EXP as a Transportation Designer specializing in Transit, Highway, and Municipal Infrastructure in locations like Markham, Brampton, London, or Hamilton, ON. Collaborate on essential projects that contribute to community development and sustainability.

In this position, you will be part of the EXP Transportation team working closely under the guidance of senior staff. Your focus will be on creating detailed drawings for various infrastructure projects including road reconstructions and system replacements. Your ability to coordinate with engineers and project managers will be vital in meeting project needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and preliminary drawings for infrastructure projects

• Undertake project specifications and quantity calculations

• Coordinate drawings with project engineers and design staff

• Ensure timely project completions and effectiveness

• Mentor junior staff in the division

Requirements:

• 3-8 years experience in roadway design

• Proficient in Micro Station Connect and AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Familiarity with Municipal and Regional design standards

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Independent and motivated team player
