Become a pivotal part of major tunneling projects as a Senior Contract Administrator. This role entails guiding construction phases and managing stakeholder communications for successful project delivery.

We're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator with over 20 years of experience, including 10 in tunneling. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Procore experience is preferred, and your advanced knowledge in risk management and contractual agreements will be essential to navigating project complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all construction phases

• Coordinate communications with stakeholders effectively

• Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports

• Manage subconsultant firms and monitor costs

• Present findings through effective oral and written communication

Requirements:

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering

• P.Eng. license is mandatory

• Over 20 years of relevant experience, 10 in tunneling

• Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, and Procore

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
