As part of the Front-End I/O Active Thermal Solutions team, your role involves creating cutting-edge cooling architectures that boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure customer-driven solutions and perform detailed thermal simulations. Your technical acumen will help validate and refine innovative designs through rigorous evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create performance-oriented liquid-cooled cold plates

• Design and optimize cooling flows for efficiency

• Collaborate on integration with mechanical teams

• Conduct complex thermal testing and validations

• Document and present optimized cooling strategies to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering

• Minimum of 4 years in thermal design for electronics

• Expertise in using CFD tools like FloTHERM

• Strong background in high-speed cooling solutions

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
