This hands-on role is integral to our test operations team, combining your expertise in aerospace engineering and environmental health and safety. You will be responsible for developing safety procedures, managing hazardous materials, and conducting safety assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and approve safety plans for high-energy test operations

• Conduct Pre-Test Safety Reviews and readiness assessments

• Oversee hazardous material handling and compliance

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

• Conduct safety training on hazardous materials and emergency response

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety or engineering

• Relevant EHS experience in aerospace test operations

• Hands-on experience with high-hazard aerospace propellants

• Strong knowledge of hazardous material regulations

• Excellent communication skills to influence safety culture
