Ultrasound Systems Engineering Leader

Drive innovation in medical devices as the Electrical Systems Engineering Manager at Sonele, focusing on ultrasound hardware development. Your leadership will influence regulatory compliance and technical excellence in product design.

You will report to the executive leadership team and take charge of defining electrical architecture for ultrasound systems. This includes the management of design controls, risk assessments, and the translation of designs to manufacturing processes. You will also mentor a skilled team while leading cross-functional collaboration for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end electrical architecture for ultrasound systems

• Lead design controls including validation plans and documentation

• Plan robust NPI design transfers ensuring production readiness

• Build a collaborative engineering team across internal functions

• Resolve complex technical issues and manage CAPA actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 10+ years in hardware development for regulated systems

• Experience with mixed-signal, high-speed designs

• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary project environments

• Strong knowledge of NPI and design verification strategies
