You will play a crucial role as a technical authority, guiding design efforts and shaping solutions to meet industry trends and client needs. Your responsibilities include conducting simulations and providing mentorship to ensure product excellence. Collaboration with management and cross-functional teams will be key in delivering superior protection and control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on design specifications with program management
• Perform simulations to validate protection solutions
• Analyze market trends for product development
• Provide consultation to enhance team products and applications
• Mentor engineers and deliver training sessions
Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 10 years in protection and control system design
• 5 years in developing P&C detailed specifications
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and related tools
• Record of publications in industry conferences
