In this role, you will provide technical support, manage sample preparations, and interpret data findings. Your contributions will drive product improvements and service enhancements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for customer inquiries and issues

• Lead investigations into customer complaints and process improvements

• Prepare samples and conduct metallographic testing

• Analyze data and present findings in clear reports

• Uphold best practices in health and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science

• 5 years’ experience in a nonferrous metal processing setting

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in sample preparation and data analysis

• Familiarity with ISO and WHMIS guidelines
