Position: Manager of Fixed Wireless Technology at Xplore
Xplore Inc. seeks a Manager of Fixed Wireless New Technology & Performance in Cornwall, ON, to enhance network performance and technology integration. This role focuses on optimizing RF performance and managing new technology implementations.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives to introduce new Fixed Wireless features and oversee RF cluster optimization. You will collaborate closely with Dev Ops and engineering teams to validate technology performance metrics and ensure a seamless rollout. This role requires a deep understanding of LTE/5G systems and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new Fixed Wireless feature integration

• Define testing plans and validation criteria

• Partner with vendors on technology assessments

• Govern software release from a performance perspective

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 7+ years in wireless network engineering

• Experience with RF optimization techniques

• Strong understanding of LTE/5G principles

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
