Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking a skilled Staff ASIC Verification Engineer to drive innovative solutions in low power AI hardware. With a minimum of four years of ASIC design and verification experience, you will contribute to core verification through simulation during both pre/post silicon phases. You will also drive test plan development, lead debugging activities, and automate development processes for enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to ASIC core verification during pre and post-silicon phases

• Drive test plan development and execution with design teams

• Maintain scalable test benches, assertions, and functional coverage

• Lead complex debugging activities throughout the development cycle

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of ASIC design or verification experience

• Proficiency in Verilog/VHDL and System Verilog testbench

• Strong understanding of ASIC and VLSI design concepts

• Experience in C programming; C++ knowledge is a plus

• Familiar with automotive safety concepts, ISO
26262 preferred
