NVIDIA is searching for a distinguished Engineer specializing in Production Silicon Diagnostics. Your expertise will drive strategies for ATPG, memory diagnostics, and complex silicon debugging. You will oversee multi-functional operating models and contribute to the introduction of advanced technologies, such as backside power delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead NVIDIA's production diagnostics strategy
• Establish a scalable multi-functional operating model
• Drive advanced diagnostic capabilities for new product ramps
• Standardize and automate diagnostics flows for efficiency
• Integrate diagnostic findings into a yield-learning system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
• 20+ years in semiconductor engineering or production diagnostics
• 12+ years in technical leadership and people management
• Deep expertise in ATPG diagnostics and yield learning
• Proven ability to influence design and DFT practices
