As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will support the expansion plans of the NPI Quality team. Collaborating with a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will conduct failure investigations, execute test plans, and analyze results to ensure product reliability. Your work will enhance the safety and robustness of our data center equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex failures
• Develop and oversee reliability testing plans
• Analyze test results using statistical tools
• Collaborate on Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems
• Monitor commissioning data for reliability trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics
• Minimum 5 years in reliability engineering or RCA
• Proficient in statistical analysis methods
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD tools
