Position: Zoox Systems Verification Engineer - Safety Focus
Elevate autonomous mobility at Zoox as a Systems Verification and Validation Engineer focused on safety and reliability. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our driverless technology meets stringent safety benchmarks.

As a key member of the Platform Safety Assurance team, you will utilize your extensive experience in V&V processes to manage system-level testing and coordination with multiple engineering teams. Your expertise in fault mitigation and diagnostics will enhance the robotaxi's operational safety. You will also lead data campaigns aimed at optimizing systems performance through robust analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vehicle response strategies for fault conditions

• Manage and deliver safety test plans and execution

• Collaborate on V&V methodologies with engineering partners

• Report and document testing results accurately

• Define and validate system performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in V&V of safety-critical systems

• Expertise in functional safety and diagnostics

• Proficient in HIL testing methods

• Strong skills in data analysis using Python
