Join Figure, a leader in AI-driven humanoid robotics, as a Tele Operations Deployment Engineer. This role emphasizes hands-on support and systematic troubleshooting across the teleoperation environment.
In this role, you will address technical challenges and facilitate data collection with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. With an engineering degree and 3-5+ years in robotics, you’ll bridge the gap between field operations and core engineering, enhancing our deployment effectiveness across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate deployment goals as an engineering liaison
• Provide hands-on support to ensure teleoperation success
• Execute testing and commissioning at customer locations
• Analyze and document technical issues for resolution
• Coordinate early-stage robotic system logistics
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in robotics or automation integration
• Engineering degree required
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Ability to work with electro-mechanical systems
