This Lead Systems Engineer position requires extensive experience (7 to 10 years) within US DoD primes or related fields. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical solutions, fostering team development, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Your role includes effective communication with various stakeholders, facilitating design reviews, and troubleshooting advanced systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical expert for systems engineering
• Develop and manage technical documentation for projects
• Guide cross-functional teams through requirements changes
• Identify training needs and drive team development
• Lead engineering teams in meeting customer expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in defense-related engineering
• Proficient in DOORS, Cameo, and other engineering tools
• Strong understanding of SOSA and VPX standards
• Ability to troubleshoot systems effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field preferred
