Position: Silvus Technologies Applications Engineer Role
Silvus Technologies is seeking an Applications Engineer-I to enhance communication systems supporting defense and public safety. This hybrid role combines customer interactions with technical engineering tasks.

As part of the Sales Engineering team, you will play a vital role in systems integration and product development. This position involves up to 25% travel for customer demonstrations and troubleshooting. Your proactive engagement with both Technical teams and customers will foster innovative problem-solving and superior product support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and test engineering solutions for unique needs

• Define and evaluate new product features and accessories

• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues

• Join an on-call support rotation for critical requests

• Prepare for demos, trainings, and testing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or a similar field

• Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers

• Strong organizational and communication skills for teamwork

• Technical aptitude to handle customer site visits

• Must be a U.S. Person for compliance with federal contracts
