Key Responsibilities:

• Create logistics drawings to aid construction operations

• Perform model-based takeoffs for accurate material quantities

• Develop and check crane plans for safety and efficiency

• Support estimators by verifying bidding documents

• Conduct model checks and coordinate with NYC DOB drawings

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of structural steel detailing experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar

• Knowledge of AISC and AWS standards

• Strong attention to detail and time management
