In this pivotal role, you will bridge high-level milestones with technical execution. You are responsible for guiding the Powertrain and Thermal team through all phases, promoting quality, cost efficiency, and manufacturability. Your leadership will be vital in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead powertrain and thermal system design components
• Ensure BOM integrity and drive quality engineering initiatives
• Manage complex schedules while collaborating across teams
• Identify and mitigate engineering challenges and risks
• Lead analysis for critical issues impacting vehicle performance
Requirements:
• B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical discipline
• Over 12 years of experience in automotive engineering
• Advanced proficiency with CATIA, PLM, and project management tools
• Experience with crash, NVH, and reliability attributes
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
