As the Engineering Project Lead, you will drive customer-focused product development programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and lead design and prototyping. Your strong mechanical design and project management skills will ensure successful product transitions to manufacturing, while you maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical contact for customer programs post-handoff

• Define technical scope, deliverables, and project schedules

• Develop project plans in coordination with teams

• Lead design reviews in compliance with ISO 13485

• Ensure proactive client communication on project status

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering

• 7+ years in medical device or precision electro-mechanical design

• Proven capability in managing product lifecycle projects

• Strong skills in mechanical design and assembly testing

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or regulated quality systems
