In this staff position, you will oversee substation engineering, coordinate with clients and vendors, and mentor junior engineers.
Your role will involve developing protection and control designs, ensuring quality of electrical packages, and preparing technical specifications. You'll also manage project budgets and schedules while maintaining high standards of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Technical Specialist or Project Lead on substation projects
• Support engineering design for high-voltage substations
• Develop protection and control design deliverables
• Perform quality reviews of electrical design packages
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Active engineering registration for EOR
• Experience in high voltage design projects
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
