In this pivotal role, you will lead complex environmental projects while providing mentorship and technical guidance to the team. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful client outcomes while adhering to regulatory requirements. Engage with a network of skilled professionals both locally and across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff on technical projects
• Manage all phases of Environmental Site Assessment and remediation
• Facilitate effective communication with clients throughout projects
• Ensure project health and safety requirements are met
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations
Requirements:
• QPESA designation required
• At least 15 years of ESA experience
• Deep understanding of Ontario and federal regulations
• P.Geo. or P.Eng. registration mandatory
• Proven client management and collaboration skills
