In this role, you will leverage your deep technical experience to develop and guide the implementation of robust power system protection solutions. Collaborate with program management and lead cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to high design standards while mentoring team members along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create design specifications with program management
• Validate solutions through simulations and system studies
• Recommend solutions based on user requirement analysis
• Author technical papers for industry presentations
• Direct technical discussions with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of overall experience in design
• At least 5 years in P&C algorithm development
• Proficiency with power system simulation tools
• Extensive experience presenting at industry events
