In this regular role, you will manage engineering activities and lead a skilled team in various engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities will include overseeing system integration, maintaining technical baselines, and leading verification and validation efforts. You will serve as a key contact for customer engagements and drive technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain technical quality across deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders for integrated solutions
• Develop verification, validation, and test plans
• Mentor engineering team members across disciplines
• Manage resource allocation and project prioritization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field required
• 15 years in engineering development environments
• Capable of managing project timelines and resources
• Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry preferred
