Position: Senior Analog Compute Designer - Mythic
Join Mythic as a Senior NVM Circuit Designer and contribute to the future of AI technology. This role focuses on advanced circuit design for embedded non-volatile memory systems from Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.

In this position, you will be responsible for the design and optimization of NVM circuits, leveraging advanced analog technology for next-gen computing. Your experience in NVM simulation, modeling, and circuit verification will directly impact the performance of AI applications across various industries. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to accelerate silicon evaluations and ensure production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and verify high-performance NVM circuits

• Conduct full chip circuit simulations and debugging

• Design components like high voltage generators and regulators

• Participate in the RNM and functional modeling for software

• Work closely with production teams for qualification releases

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or MS in Electrical Engineering with 5-10+ years experience

• Proficient in NVM and analog circuit design

• Familiar with major CAD tools and scripting in Python

• Experience in semiconductor device physics

• Strong communication across teams
