Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC & Plumbing Focus

Drive success as a Mechanical Project Manager in a growing Mechanical Contractor firm. You'll oversee HVAC and plumbing installations on commercial new-build projects with a hands-on approach.
In this pivotal role, you are expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, backed by a minimum of three years in project management. Key responsibilities include managing project life cycles, liaising with engineers and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality controls on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC and plumbing installations from start to finish

• Review and assess mechanical drawings and scopes

• Coordinate with installation crews and stakeholders

• Conduct regular site visits for oversight and problem-solving

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3+ years of project management in mechanical contracting

• Knowledgeable in HVAC and plumbing system installation

• Strong communication skills for team coordination

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
