Egis is expanding significantly in North America, seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to enhance our engineering team. with at least five years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling. You will develop detailed 3D models, manage spatial coordination, and ensure design accuracy while collaborating with local and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise 3D mechanical models using Autodesk Revit

• Prepare construction documentation directly from Revit

• Lead spatial coordination and clash detection

• Uphold BIM standards and assist in project setup

• Mentor junior BIM designers on best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field

• 5+ years of MEP modeling experience

• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM tools

• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
