Worley is seeking a Senior Study Manager to oversee major capital projects in the MMM sector. Your experience in project development will drive the successful completion of Scoping, Pre-Feasibility, and Definitive Feasibility studies. You will be the primary contact for budget, schedule, and technical integrity, contributing to investment decisions and partnership expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage study scope and deliverables

• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams

• Ensure technical quality of engineering and geoscience work

• Develop CAPEX and OPEX estimates with financial analysts

• Lead the procurement process for external consulting services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario

• Significant experience in managing feasibility studies

• Proven ability to handle large budgets confidently

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
