Roles and Responsibilities   Lead the industrialization strategy for new products, ensuring that assembly processes are capable, repeatable, and scalable from pilot build to full-rate production.
Lead DFM/DFA initiatives to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and cost‑efficiency.
Develop and own production cell architectures, detailed process flows, and comprehensive assembly work instructions.
Maximize throughput by proactively identifying and eliminating production bottlenecks.
Modernize production cells by deploying advanced manufacturing solutions, including automated assembly aids, cobot integration, and digital data collection systems.
Execute Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S) to optimize workflows, reduce process cycle times, and minimize operational waste.
Manage complex product structures in SAP, including the configuration and maintenance of SuperBOMs, Variant Configurators (VC), and production routings.
Administer the HERMES MES platform, including the setup of production lines, routings, workbenches, and inspection templates to ensure robust digital traceability.
Act as the technical approver for all engineering changes to ensure production readiness, quality, and process compliance.
Manage the Engineering Change Management (ECM) lifecycle to ensure seamless technical updates and production continuity.

Required Qualifications   Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an electronics or electro‑mechanical manufacturing environment, preferably with box builds and system final assembly.
Proven ability to create and manage complex product structures in SAP and MES.
In‑depth familiarity with IPC‑A‑610/620 electronics manufacturing and quality standards.
Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen/5S) and process optimization.
Desired Characteristics   Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
