Shape the future of computing as an IP Design Validation Engineer on AMD's NBIO Team in Markham. Drive validation efforts and enhance innovative products in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of hardware IP validation for AMD's latest APU, CPU, and graphics SOC projects. Your expertise will enable you to engage in cross-functional initiatives that support pre-silicon readiness and overall product quality. Independent problem-solving and excellent communication skills are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement functional test plans for IPs
• Innovate validation techniques and improve processes
• Debug hardware issues in all validation phases
• Collaborate on pre-silicon readiness with technical teams
• Lead discussions to tackle technical issues
Requirements:
• Experience in digital logic design and post-silicon validation
• Familiarity with common high-speed interface protocols
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Ruby)
• Bachelor's or master’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
