Key Responsibilities:
• Execute reliability modeling and analysis for energy products
• Develop reliability test plans for hardware and software
• Lead FMEA, FMECA, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives
• Collaborate on grid asset performance and modernization projects
• Analyze field data to identify and rectify systemic issues
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
• Significant experience in reliability and product engineering
• Hands-on with reliability engineering tools and standards
• Strong analtyical skills with platforms like Python or R
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams
