Position: Experienced Commissioning Specialist at EXP
Become a vital part of the EXP team as a Commissioning Specialist in Markham, ON.

Your role will focus on overseeing commissioning services and enhancing building performance through thorough collaboration.

As part of the MEP Sector's Buildings team, you will take charge of commissioning mechanical and electrical systems, integrating your skills in diverse project environments. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that all project requirements meet legal and design standards during testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commissioning from project initiation to completion

• Facilitate meetings with technical teams and clients

• Review and develop specifications and systems manuals

• Conduct field visits for functional performance evaluation

• Create detailed commissioning plans and reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years in commissioning or system design

• Certification as a Certified Building Commissioning Professional is an asset

• Valid G Class licence for travel required

• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) preferred

• Knowledge of building envelope commissioning beneficial
