In this influential role, you will develop and implement reliability strategies across multiple projects, focusing on protection relays and digital substation solutions. You'll conduct reliability tests, provide insights through data analysis, and liaise with utilities focusing on performance programs. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the regulatory compliance requirements while achieving superior field performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reliability modeling to predict field performance
• Develop test plans for hardware/software reliability
• Lead failure analysis to improve product durability
• Work with design and engineering teams on DfR practices
• Support utility modernization through advanced diagnostics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience in the energy or utility sector
• Familiar with grid-edge devices and automation software
• Strong data analysis skills using relevant tools
• Proficient in effective communication with diverse teams
