This co-op position with AMD requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and tasks focused on thermal validation, testing, and lab management. You will engage in important projects where your contributions will directly impact product reliability and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to solve thermal and mechanical issues while enhancing lab efficiency through automation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support thermal validation for dGPU products and systems
• Conduct testing and help resolve project-related issues
• Analyze test failures to identify root causes
• Manage lab equipment calibration and maintenance
• Develop automation scripts for validation tests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
• Lab skills in system building and data acquisition
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Proficiency in Python and Ruby programming
