Stantec is seeking a skilled Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer for its Mining Geotechnical and Tailings team. You will perform site characterization, develop design parameters, and provide guidance to junior engineers. Collaborate with project managers to enhance client relationships and contribute to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing
• Develop geotechnical models from investigation data
• Conduct comprehensive geotechnical analyses
• Support construction of mining infrastructure projects
• Provide field engineering and construction oversight
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering
• 5-12 years of geotechnical consulting experience
• Proficient in Geo Studio applications
• Eligible for licensing in Ontario
• Valid Canadian driver’s license
