Nuvacore is on the hunt for Verification Engineers at various levels—Senior to Principal—to validate the architectural integrity of our cutting-edge CPU. In this role, you will engage in architectural verification, focusing on the CPU’s behavior against specifications and golden models.
As a key member of our design verification team, you will drive verification strategies and construct robust environments for accurate analysis. Your work will involve developing stimulus and checkers to uncover potential architectural flaws, collaborating closely with architecture and RTL design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute verification strategies for architectural correctness
• Build and maintain verification environments for thorough comparisons
• Generate assembly stimulus and random instruction sequences
• Define coverage scope and analyze metrics for test plan completion
• Collaborate closely with architects and RTL teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
• 4+ years (Senior) or 15+ years (Principal) in design-verification
• Strong understanding of CPU architecture and micro-architecture
• Proficiency in C/C++/Rust, System Verilog, and Python
• Hands-on experience in writing assembly tests for CPUs
