Raise is hiring a Powertrain Electrical Engineer 1 for a top client expanding its team. You will design, develop, and test electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting. The work combines engineering analysis, design software, test-bench assembly, and electrical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and test electrical equipment for manufacturing
- Evaluate design cost effectiveness, reliability, and safety
- Estimate project completion time and cost
- Simulate and test machine, structure, and system operation
- Investigate vendors' and competitors' electrical products
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Zero to two years of experience
- Electrical wiring and harness fabrication experience
- Test-bench assembly and hardware integration skills
- Electrical troubleshooting, testing, and validation abilities
Use electrical theory, engineering calculations, and hardware validation to support powertrain engineering projects in Markham onsite.
