Key Responsibilities:- Architect liquid cooling plates for high-density front-end I/O connectors
- Engineer microchannels, cold plates, and flow path configurations
- Select materials supporting thermal transfer and long-term reliability
- Execute thermal performance and environmental stress testing
- Lead development projects from concept through production
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
- Five or more years in product development
- Experience with Solid Works, Creo, ANSYS, or FloTHERM
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Excellent communication and customer-facing experience
