Key Responsibilities:
Architect liquid cooling plates for high-density front-end I/O connectors
Engineer microchannels, cold plates, and flow path configurations
Select materials supporting thermal transfer and long-term reliability
Execute thermal performance and environmental stress testing
Lead development projects from concept through production
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
Five or more years in product development
Experience with Solid Works, Creo, ANSYS, or FloTHERM
Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
Excellent communication and customer-facing experience
Apply liquid cooling, thermal simulation, and product development expertise to advanced connector systems at Amphenol in Markham.
