• Solve complex mechanical design problems and guide architecture decisions
• Review designs for safety, manufacturability, performance, quality, and reliability
• Support Applications with feasibility, architecture, and risk discussions
• Mentor junior designers, developing team members, and co-op students
• Provide senior input for customer, build, integration, and issue-resolution work

• Degree or diploma in mechanical or related discipline
• Extensive industrial automation and custom machine design experience
• Expertise in concept development, risk identification, and machine architecture
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical capability
• Proficiency in Solid Works, PDM, AutoCAD, and related tools
