Genda Americas is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Amusement Associate to deliver exceptional guest service. The role involves working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to create memorable experiences for visitors. Key tasks include cash handling, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Handle payments for arcade playcard purchases
• Maintain cash operations by following procedures
• Upsell playcards to enhance guest experiences
• Redeem prizes and e-tickets for guests
Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred
