Moto Canada is on the hunt for an experienced Bilingual Event Operations Coordinator who will report to the Director of Events. You will partner with manufacturers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure each event runs smoothly. This role calls for a proactive, highly organized professional adept at handling challenges in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring professionalism

• Respond swiftly to inquiries from exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees

• Coordinate logistics for exhibitor move‑in and move‑out

• Maintain event floor plans, layouts, and resource allocation

• Supervise temporary staff and assist in office administration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of event operations experience

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
