Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of VIP offerings and capabilities
• Maintain an organized VIP area throughout events
• Assist in setting up activations before guests arrive
• Actively promote and engage Headliners to enhance satisfaction
• Provide festival information and support to attendees
Requirements:
• Must have large-scale event experience (5,000+ attendees)
• Creative thinker with problem-solving expertise
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
• Enthusiastic and personable in team settings
• Capable of working in challenging environments
