As Assistant Manager, you will receive thorough induction and training across bowling lanes, bar and diner, and amusements. You will support centre operations, coach teams, enhance guest journeys, and help deliver centre goals and financial targets. The role suits managers with retail or restaurant experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support effective operation of the busy entertainment centre
- Coach and mentor team members across centre areas
- Run exceptional front-of-house operations
- Support the General Manager with centre goals
- Maintain safe, fun standards and customer service
- Management experience, ideally in retail or restaurants
- Passion for guest service and customer experiences
- Evidence inspiring and developing large teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and shift organization skills
