Responsibilities:
Financial & Accounting Operations:
Lead billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely financial transactions.Oversee daily accounting functions, including expense management, accounts payable, and reconciliations.Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity and compliance.Collaborate with external accounting firms to optimize tax strategies and ensure accurate filings.Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver timely and insightful financial reports to support business decisions.Conduct financial analysis to assess profitability, efficiency, and trends.Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance.Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead corporate budgeting efforts and collaborate with departments for accuracy.Develop and refine financial forecasts to support business planning.Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial accountability.Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
Enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.Ensure compliance with government regulations and financial reporting standards.Identify opportunities to leverage government incentives and tax benefits.Qualifications:
Experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Specialist in a similar role.CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation is required.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.Proficiency in Quick Books, MS Excel, and other financial tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities to work across departments.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
