We are seeking an experienced AR & AP Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. This role is responsible for managing a team of specialists, ensuring timely collections and payments, on time and accurate invoice processing, and delivering reliable month‑end reporting while continuously improving processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AR and AP specialists
- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and collections processes to ensure timely cash collection
- Manage accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing and on‑time vendor payments
- Monitor AR and AP aging, identify risks, and drive resolution of past‑due items
- Ensure accurate invoice processing, including three‑way matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
- Resolve complex billing, payment, and vendor/customer disputes
- Oversee month‑end close activities related to AR and AP, including reconciliations and reporting
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as DSO, overdue balances, and invoice processing cycle times
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting policies
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across AR and AP functions
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AR/AP or accounting operations
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, collections, and cash application processes
- Hands‑on experience with aging analysis, reconciliations, and month‑end close
- Solid knowledge of three‑way matching and procure‑to‑pay processes
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. Experience with QAD is an asset.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role.
Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
