Village Nissan and Markham Infiniti, a proud member of Drive Auto Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership, overseeing the finance department and ensuring that all financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance and insurance products, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and dealership staff.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs, present financing options, and explain insurance products.
Secure financing for customers through various lending institutions and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
Ensure that all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Promote and sell a range of financial products and insurance services, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to dealership management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance in a professional and timely manner.
