With at least 7 years of P&C experience, including 3 years in commercial pricing, you will work independently to set the pricing agenda while collaborating with leadership teams. Your contributions will ensure that the pricing infrastructure is robust, insightful, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the technical pricing strategy
• Apply innovative pricing techniques for diverse risks
• Lead the development of pricing tools and infrastructure
• Engage stakeholders with clear pricing insights
• Ensure adherence to best practices and effective documentation
Requirements:
• 7+ years of P&C experience, including 3 years in pricing
• ACAS/FCAS designation preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics or related field
• Excellent data analysis skills, familiar with SAS, R, Python
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply
