Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of Risk Management Framework across the organization
• Provide independent oversight on key risk exposures and governance
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, including Board members and regulators
• Monitor and address emerging risks and risk appetite breaches
• Drive continuous improvement in risk analytics and strategic insights
Requirements:
• Over 15 years of risk leadership experience
• Proven skills in building high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional designation
• Deep understanding of insurance and financial risks
• Strong engagement experience with Boards and regulators
